- 1 ¼ Cups Chuckwagon's Best Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1 Cup Milk (regular or buttermilk for added flavor
- 1 Egg
Just add mik & eggs! Great tasting Pancakes & Waffles
the easy way.You'll taste the difference. Put flour in mixing
bowl; add egg and milk. Mix, but do not beat. Do not over
mix… Cook on a hot, greased griddle or in electric fry pan.
Makes 10 -12 pancakes or 2 -3 waffles.
Light & Fluffy Pancakes

- 1 Cup Milk (regular or buttermilk for added flavor
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Egg white, Stiffly beaten
It takes a little more work, but the secret to light and
fluffy pancakes and waffles is stiffly beaten egg whites.
You'll taste the difference. Put flour in mixing bowl; add
egg yolk and milk. Mix, but do not beat. In separate bowl,
whip egg whites till stiff - fold into the batter. Do not
over mix… Cook on a hot, greased griddle or in electric
fry pan. Makes 10 -12 pancakes or 2 -3 waffles.
Chuckwagon Biscuits.....The Easy way.
Preheat Oven to 425 Place 3 cups of Chuckwagon's Best Panacke
& Waffle mix in bowl. Mix with 1 cup whole milk or buttermilk.
On a heavily floured service, kneed dough 6-8 times. (Careful
not to overknead or biscuits will not fluff up) Roll out
dough to 1 inch thickness; cut with biscuit cutter. Place
on a non-stick or lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15
minutes or until light brown. Yields 16 biscuits. It may
be necessary to slightly alter the amount of mix or milk
to achieve optimal results.
