Dave Stamey
Dave Stamey, "the Cowboy," has been bucked off and
stomped on by horses, stepped on by mules and dragged around
branding pens by angry cattle. He's ridden in the rain and snow,
in nasty heat and feedlot pens where the air was thick and decidedly
fragrant.
Dave Stamey, "the Entertainer," has been named "Male
Performer of the Year" by the Western Music Association
and "Male Vocalist of the Year by the Academy of Western
Artists. He is a three-time nominee for "Songwriter of
the Year" and is rapidly becoming one of the most popular
Western entertainers working today. |
Dave lives in Nipomo
California with his wife and partner Melissa, several horses,
cats and dogs. Additional background and more about Dave's music
can be found at www.davestamey.com

Les Buffham
Raised on the family ranch in the remote Northwest corner of
Colorado, Les Buffham grew up living the life of a cowboy. Between
jobs he signed on as a truck driver "to keep the wolves
from the door."
This lifestyle not only gave inspiration to his poetry and songs,
it also allowed him to raise three kids pretty much "The
Cowboy Way." Les's writings capture the "Spirit of
the West" embracing the value and humor of the lifestyle.
The International Western Music Association named Les "Songwriter
of the Year" in 1997, and The Academy of Western Artists
honored him for "Best Song of the Year" in 1998. For
