Milled The Old Fashioned Way - Taste The Difference
Chuckwagon's Best™ Seasoned Gray yields Great flavor when
used for frying meats, fish and vegetables. Dredge chicken,
fish or steak in Chuckwagon's Best™ Seasoned Flour and shake
off excess. Heat oil in frying pan until hot, but not smoking.
Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. And for added
flavor:
Marinate chicken, fish or steak in buttermilk 15 minutes to
two hours before frying. Also wonderful for fresh vegetables
Chuckwagon's Best™ "Cowcamp"Gravy Heat 2 tablespoons of meat
drippings, butter or oil. Mix in 2 tablespoons of
Chuckwagon's Best "Cowcamp"Gravy
Heat 2 tablespoons of meat drippings, butter or oil. Mix
in 2 tablespoons of Chuckwagon's Best Seasoned Flour
until smooth. Cook on low heat 2-3 minutes stirring constantly
to keep lumps from forming. Add 2 cups milk. Cook and stir
until thick and bubbly. Serve hot.
