Chuckwagon's Best Coffee's are selected from South and Central America and Indonesian Coffee plantations where high elevation trees ( a pre-requisite for 100% Arabica coffee) benefit from excellent soil conditions and maximum sun exposure. Once harvested, the "cherries" are slowly dried then shelled to extract the coffee beans. Similar to great wines, developing a speciality Coffee is achieved through
careful evaluation of available coffee varieties and custom techniques
developed by the "Master Roaster". Raw, or as it is called -
green - coffee beans must be then roasted through a carefully controlled
process to extract each varieties own distinct characteristics and natural
oils to develop their individual and flavorful properties. |
